I respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice for appointments shorter then 2 hours. Longer appointments, 48 hours. I can waive this with any appointment, as I am aware situations pop up. Please know, first warning is verbal. If you cancel or no show a second time and on... I will charge 100 percent of the service scheduled. Please respect my time and business. People who are repeat offenders, who do not comply with this policy will be refused service.
